Today Clinical Hypnotherapy is
recognised as one of the most effective complimentary therapies. With
the therapist and the client working together it can produce dramatic
results for many problems and issues quickly and effectively.
At the Camberley Centre of Clinical Hypnotherapy we use Hypnotherapy,
NLP or EFT (tapping) or a
combination of all three techniques to produce the outcome the client
is looking for.

Hypnotherapy is often referred to as a 'rapid' or 'short-term' therapy
because it can work dramatically and quickly, the Stop Smoking therapy is carried
out in a single session lasting between one and a half to two hours, Phobias such as Fear of Flying
and Claustrophobia can be overcome in one to two sessions. Other issues
can usually be dealt with in four sessions or less.
Hypnotherapy and hypnosis is completely
safe. You are in control and fully aware of everything that is
happening around you all the time, no one can make you do things you do
not wish to.
You do not ‘go to sleep’; this would defeat the
object as you have to be awake to absorb the helpful suggestions made
by the therapist.
All hypnosis is self hypnosis; the
therapist merely helps you to achieve the required state of deep
relaxation for yourself.
So provided you are willing to follow simple suggestions made by the
therapist you can be hypnotised.
