With the use of hypnosis over a four to six session
programme we show you how to control your weight and help you change
the behaviour that leads to weight problems.
Losing weight should be straightforward; all you have to do is cut out
or reduce unhealthy and fattening foods, develop healthy eating and
drinking habits and take regular exercise.

cravings and binge eating by addressing any related psychological or
emotional issues.
We assess your health background, eating habits and any compulsive eating behaviour.
We then discuss what you want to achieve and decide with you what the best approach will be for you.
One of the first things to do is to set achievable goals.
If you want to lose weight you should first define what your real goals are.
Do you want to weigh less?
Do you want to feel more confident?
Be fitter?
Look good in certain clothes?
Whatever goal you set must be achievable, if it isn't you are very likely to fail.
Weight loss is gradual and loss of 2 lbs per week is sensible, realistic and should be attainable.
Any goals set should also be positive, for example, 'I want to lose 5
lbs in 6 weeks' instead of 'I want to lose a stone in a month' or 'I
need to lose a bit of weight'. Having decided upon achievable goals
they will help to motivate you.

We may use a mix of Hypnotherapy, NLP (altering the way you think about things) and EFT (tapping) depending upon what will work for you.
Individual sessions cost £60 and we suggest a
programme of 4-6 sessions at a week apart, which programme will suit
you will be discussed during the initial session.
